The program is open to retail staff at vape shops and convenience stores that stock NEURA.
There's no app to install — the program runs in your mobile browser.

Only NEURA devices earn points, and only receipts that include a NEURA device are accepted. NEURA cartridges are not part of the program.
1 point equals MYR 1. When you withdraw, small deductions may apply, such as processing fees or applicable taxes depending on your situation.
Accumulated points can be withdrawn as Touch 'n Go vouchers starting from MYR 10. See all available options in the Prize Shop.
Most receipts are checked within a minute. During the program launch, some receipts go to manual review by our team, which can take up to 3 business days. Make sure your photo is clear and taken live at the counter, not a photo of a screen.
Check that the receipt meets the program rules:
- It is a clear live photo, not a photo of a screen
- It includes a NEURA device (cartridges do not count)
- Product name, quantity, and price are readable
- Receipt date is within the program period
