The rewards program is open to all retail staff from vape shops that carry NEURA products.
How do I add the program to my phone?
There's no app to install — the program runs in your mobile browser. To get a home-screen icon:
iPhone / iPad: open the link in Safari → tap Share (square with an up-arrow) → "Add to Home Screen" → confirm.
Android: open the link in Chrome → tap the three dots (top right) → "Add to Home screen" → confirm.
How do I earn points?
Sell NEURA devices and upload your receipt to earn points.
Every valid NEURA device sold earns 2 points = RM2. Points will be added after your receipt is verified.
Which product is entitled to this program?
Only NEURA devices earn points. Receipts must include a NEURA device to be accepted. NEURA pocket chargers and cartridges are not included in the program.
How much is 1 point worth?
1 point = RM1
How do I use my points?
Accumulated points can be withdrawn as Touch 'n Go vouchers, starting from RM20.

Why is my receipt taking a while to check?
Receipts are usually reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
If you upload your receipt during the weekend, it will be reviewed on the next working day, which is on Monday.
Please ensure your receipt photo is clear and taken live at the counter & not a photo of a screen.
Why was my receipt rejected?
Check that your receipt meets the program rules:
- — It is uploaded within 14 days after selling the Neura device.
- — It includes Neura device.
- — It is a clear live photo of the receipt & not a photo of a screen.
- — Pocket charger & cartridges do not count.
- — Product name, quantity & price are readable.
